1. Who We Are

1.1 This Privacy Policy explains how Firststep Advertisement Limited (a Hong Kong company, Company No. 3266812, registered address: Unit 1406B, 14/F, The Belgian Bank Building, Nos. 721-725 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong; "the Company", "we" or "us") collects, uses, stores and discloses personal data when you use the 930.games website and its subdomains ("the Platform").

1.2 This Privacy Policy forms part of the Terms of Service. The Company is the data user (controller) of the personal data described below.

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Order data you provide: email address; game account identifiers (such as User ID, Zone ID or Player ID); the product, sales region, currency and amount of your order.

2.2 Payment data: payment is processed by a payment service provider designated by the Company. We do not collect or store your full card number or card security code. We receive from the payment service provider the payment result, a transaction reference and limited information needed for reconciliation, refunds and chargeback handling.

2.3 Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, request time and logs needed to operate and secure the Platform, prevent fraud and determine the applicable sales region.

2.4 Communications: the content of emails you send to support@930.games and our replies.

2.5 We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data.

3. How We Use Personal Data

3.1 To process and deliver your order to the game account you specified, and to send order confirmations, receipts and service notices.

3.2 To handle enquiries, complaints, refunds and chargebacks.

3.3 To prevent and detect fraud, money laundering, unauthorised payments and other unlawful activity, and to keep the Platform secure.

3.4 To meet legal, tax, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

3.5 We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for direct marketing without your separate consent.

4. Disclosure of Personal Data

4.1 We disclose personal data only to the extent necessary for the purposes in section 3, to:

(1) payment service providers, to process payments, refunds and chargebacks;

(2) service providers that host, operate or support the Platform or deliver the Digital Content you ordered, under obligations of confidentiality;

(3) courts, regulators, law enforcement or other authorities where required by law.

4.2 Such recipients may be located outside your place of residence, including in Hong Kong and other jurisdictions. Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps to ensure your personal data receives an adequate level of protection.

5. Retention

5.1 Order, payment and delivery records are retained for at least 5 years from the date of the transaction, or longer where required by law.

5.2 Other personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes in section 3 and is then deleted or anonymised.

6.1 We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

7.1 Subject to applicable law, you may request access to and correction of your personal data, and in certain cases deletion or restriction of its processing, or withdraw a consent you have given.

7.2 To make a request, email support@930.games with your order number. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and may refuse requests where retention is required by law (for example, transaction records under section 5.1).

7.3 You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your place of residence.

8. Minors

8.1 The Platform is not intended for minors without the consent of a parent or guardian, as set out in the Terms of Service. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data without such consent, please contact us.

9. Cookies

9.1 The Platform uses only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate it (for example, to keep your checkout session and order access secure). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

10. Changes

10.1 We may update this Privacy Policy. The updated version will be published on the Platform at /privacy with its effective date.
