1.2 "Platform" means the 930.games website operated by the Company and all of its subdomains.
1.3 "Digital Content" means in-game virtual items, top-ups, membership benefits, digital redemption codes and any other digital goods or services offered for purchase on the Platform.
2. Formation of Contract
2.1 When you submit an order on the Platform and complete payment, a contract of sale or service is formed between you and the Company. The Company is the seller of record under that contract and the recipient of payment for the transaction. No other party acts as seller in respect of that transaction.
2.2 Payments under your order are collected by the Company and constitute the Company's own business revenue. All goods and services displayed on the Platform are sold by the Company in its own name.
2.3 You may not assert any right under these Terms against any third party other than the Company, nor require any third party to perform any obligation under these Terms.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1 Goods on the Platform are priced and displayed in the local currency of the User's sales region: Hong Kong dollar (HKD) for Hong Kong, New Taiwan dollar (TWD) for Taiwan, Korean won (KRW) for Korea, and Japanese yen (JPY) for Japan. The amount payable is the amount and currency shown on the checkout page at the time of the order.
3.2 The User's sales region is determined by the Company on the basis of the IP address at the time of the order, the issuing country of the payment instrument, or the User's explicit selection. The applicable currency is displayed on the checkout page.
3.3 Payment is processed through a payment service provider designated by the Company. The amount shown on the checkout page is the entire consideration payable by you; the Company does not charge any additional undisclosed fees.
3.4 If, due to exchange-rate fluctuations or the payment channel, the amount actually received differs from the order amount, the difference is borne by the Company and will not be recovered from you.
3.5 Any taxes or charges levied on cross-border transactions by your country or region are borne by you in accordance with local law. Where the Company is required by applicable law to collect and remit such amounts, this will be stated on the checkout page.
4. Delivery
4.1 Digital Content is delivered to the account specified in your order within 1 hour after successful payment. In case of system maintenance, network failure or other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, delivery time is extended accordingly, and the Company will notify you on the Platform or through the order page. If delivery has not been completed within 24 hours of successful payment, you may request a refund under clause 5.2.
4.2 The Company is not liable where delivery cannot be made because of incorrect account information provided by you, duplicate submissions, or a breach of the rules of the game or platform operator, but will assist you in resolving the matter.
4.3 Completion of delivery is determined by the Company's system records.
5. Refunds, Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal

9.2 If you continue to use the Platform after amendments take effect, you are deemed to accept the amended Terms. If you do not accept them, you should stop using the Platform; orders already formed remain subject to the version of the Terms in effect when the order was placed.
